1 Day Lake Nakuru Safari from Nairobi

Pick up at your hotel in Nairobi between 06:00 and 06:30 am, and then escape the city on a 2.5-hour drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. A Stopover at Rift Valley viewpoint on the way. On arrival at Lake Nakuru National Park, embark on a 4–5-hour game drive. Get the chance to see some of Kenya's remarkable bird life on the beautiful lakes of the Great Rift Valley, and keep your eyes open for other wildlife grazing along the shore, including some of Africa’s famous game animals. Lake Nakuru earned its reputation as the home of one of the greatest bird spectacles on earth when, often more than a million, pink flamingos flock to feed in the shallow warm waters. Break for lunch in one of the lodges in the park before embarking on another game drive. Depending on how much wildlife you encounter, leave the park between 15:00 and 16:00 to arrive back in Nairobi for a hotel drop-off between 18:00 and 19:00
