1. Booking Information: Booking Confirmation: After booking, you'll receive an itinerary with tour details, meeting points, and dates. Please review it carefully. Payments: A deposit is required when booking, with full payment due before the tour starts. Contact us if you have questions about payments or cancellations. Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected events.

2. Self-Driving Safari: If you choose a self-driving tour, here’s what to know: 4x4 Vehicles: Our vehicles are designed for rugged terrain. Ensure you're comfortable driving on uneven roads. GPS & Maps: Vehicles come with GPS. Download offline maps as a backup in areas with poor signal. Emergency Kit: Each vehicle is equipped with a first aid kit, spare tire, tools, flashlight, and a power bank. Fuel: Check fuel levels and plan your route for fuel stops. What to Bring: Valid driver’s license, comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes, binoculars, and a camera for wildlife spotting.

3. Wildlife Safari Preparation: What to Pack: Neutral-colored clothing, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), insect repellent, camera, and binoculars for wildlife sightings. Safari Etiquette: Stay inside the vehicle unless instructed otherwise. Keep noise levels low and never disturb animals. Be patient—wildlife sightings may take time. Health: Bring any personal medications and snacks. If you’re prone to motion sickness, bring tablets.

4.Health & Safety Reminders:
• Emergency Contacts: Keep your guide's contact information and emergency number with you.
• Stay Hydrated: Carry enough water and snacks, especially when exploring remote areas.
