Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be greeted by your Big Time Adventures guide and transferred to Materuni Village, nestled at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. Begin your adventure with a scenic walk to the stunning Materuni Waterfall, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The lush, green landscape and the sound of cascading water create a perfect setting for exploration and reflection. Next, immerse yourself in the coffee experience at a local coffee farm. Learn about the traditional process of coffee cultivation, from hand-picking the beans to roasting them, and even try your hand at brewing your own cup. You will have a hot traditional lunch in the village after coffee experience. Afterward you will be heading back to Under the Shade Arusha for your dinner and overnight stay.
