Rhinos were once extinct in Uganda, but now there is a healthy growing population at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Throughout your safari, you will get to hear and see some of the over 1060 bird species in Uganda. When the safari is all done, this will not be only a personal experience but also a way of contributing to conservation and the communities that live near the safari parks you will explore. The communities get 20% of the revenue from the park in their region, which resources are then used to support health and education, and the local economy.
