In the morning after breakfast, you'll get in a 4x4 Land Cruiser safari vehicle ready for a safari in Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park has the highest population density of elephants in Tanzania. Tarangire comprises herds of up to 300 elephants that scratch the dry river bed for underground streams, as well as the migratory wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, impalas, gazelles, hartebeests, and elands. It’s the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem. It's a smorgasbord for predators and the one place in Tanzania where dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared oryx and peculiar long-necked gerenuk are regularly observed. After a whole day of game drives, you will be taken to your booked lodge in the evening.
