You will be picked up at 08:00 AM from your hotel in Arusha and head to Tarangire National Park, Tarangire is just 3 hrs away from Arusha. Upon reaching the park, You will begin the game drive. across a rich vista of endless golden savannah that surrounds the Tarangire River. The Park is best known for its elephant population, you can view big herds of elephants all year round and the herd size can reach about 300 easily. Tarangire River acts as a main source of waterbody for all fauna of the park. Especially if you visit the park in dry season, you will witness a true natural wonder. Predators & preys congregate on the bank of the river to quench their thirst. A picnic lunch with a view of the river is a great way to take it all in, but you'll have to keep on your toes as the local monkey population does its best to separate you from your lunch Driving through the park you'll also have the opportunity to see lions, leopards, cape buffalo, and a huge variety of antelopes. If you're particularly lucky, you might even see endangered animals such as the Greater Kudu or the Fringe-Eared Oryx.
