Every tour operator on our platform offers a Best Price Guarantee. If they list a tour on Safarigo but offer it for a lower price on their own website or social media accounts, they are required to match that lower price here.

This guarantee applies to tours with the same tour operator and equal booking conditions, which include:
Duration of the tour
Destinations visited
Group size and travel dates
Included activities
Included accommodations
Included meal plans
Transportation types used
Costs of flights during the tour (if any)
Other components that may impact the tour rate
If you discover a tour offered at a better rate on the operator's website or social media accounts, the operator guarantees to offer you the tour at that lower price. If you have already paid for the tour, they will either refund the difference or deduct it from any final payments still due. This guarantee is valid for up to 24 hours after you make the payment for your booking.
