UNIVERSAL TRADING SARL an incoming Tour Operator, travel specialist in Madagascar. Operating since 1999, our main office is based in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar and we also have a commercial office at LE MALL, ANDOANY – NOSY BE- Madagascar. 

With our Licence I.A.T.A and A.T.A.F, we have our own ticket office in Nosy Be and Antananarivo.

We aim to benefit our customers our expertise in design and organization of trips and tourist routes, as well as our in-depth experience of the Malagasy territory.
Specialized in organisation of tailor-made holidays, we offer a wide range of products and services according to various destinations in Madagascar: classical circuits, discovery, adventure on track roads, excursions, ecotourism, birdwatching, hiking, beach holidays, cultural trips...

With our own fleet vehicles (08 based in Antananarivo and 06 based in Nosy Be), we can offer a car rental service with our English or French speaking drivers, according to our client’s needs.

We have a professional team of 60 people including guides, with a good knowledge of Madagascar and foreign languages such as French, English, Russian, Spanish and Italian. 

As a member of the TOP (Tour Operator Professional de Madagascar), and O.R.T.B (office Regional du Tourisme de Nosy Be)  and C.T.M  ( Confédération du Tourisme de Madagascar) we cooperate with the most important tourism service providers in the country, only with formal sector.

We are also member of ATTA (The African Travel & Tourism Association) with the following member number: M-07979. And we participate with them some Tourism Fair every year.

We are recognized by O.N.T.M (Office National du Tourism de Madagascar).  And we participate with them some Tourism Fair every year as ITB in Berlin; Indaba in Durban and WTM Africa in Cape Town, WTM in London.

We have in possession of licenses allowing us to perform this activity in accordance with the Code of Tourism and laws in force in Madagascar; and are covered by a Liability Insurance Professional Indemnity Company at the ARO “Assurances et Réassurances Omnibranches” (This insurance of civil liability does not cover medical evacuation and repatriation of bodies in the event of death).
