7:00 AM: Your driver-guide from Visit Creation Safaris will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha for the journey to Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive of approximately 1–2 hours. 9:00 AM: Arrive and enter Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most celebrated wildlife areas. Known for its large elephant populations and ancient baobab trees, the park offers the chance to see giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and possibly leopards or cheetahs. With over 500 recorded bird species, including the colorful lilac-breasted roller and yellow-collared lovebirds, it’s also a paradise for bird lovers. As you journey through the park, enjoy sweeping views of vast savannahs and the winding Tarangire River, a key wildlife gathering spot. 12:00 PM: Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic site within the park, surrounded by nature and wildlife. 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Continue your game drive deeper into the park, discovering more of its rich wildlife and dramatic landscapes. 5:30 PM: Depart Tarangire and head to Ngare Lodge in the Karatu area for a delicious dinner and overnight stay.
