After breakfast, your safari guide will take you to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant families, expansive savannahs, and iconic baobab trees. The park’s seasonal swamps and the life-sustaining Tarangire River attract a variety of wildlife, all seeking water and relief from the African heat. During your game drive, you’ll likely spot giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests, alongside herds of buffalo, zebras, and wildebeests. These herbivores are often trailed by predators such as lions and leopards, offering exciting wildlife viewing opportunities. From the open roof of your safari vehicle, you’ll enjoy unobstructed views of the stunning landscape and its inhabitants. At midday, you’ll stop for a picnic lunch inside the park, complete with coffee and soft drinks.
