5- Days Lake Bogoria, Lake Nakuru, and Maasai Mara private Safari

Pick up from your hotel/airport and commence drive to Lake Bogoria via the Great Rift Valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Arrive in Nakuru town and have a stopover for Lunch, then proceed on to the Lake Bogoria National Park reserve. Arrive at the lake Bogoria national reserve and proceed with a game drive along the lake edges to see the flamingos and the hot water geysers and hot springs. Lake Bogoria national reserve has a herd of the relatively uncommon Greater Kudu. Other large mammals include buffalo, zebra, cheetah, baboon, warthog, caracal, spotted hyena, impala and dik-dik. The lake Bogoria National Reserve is alkaline, feeding blue-green algae which in turn feed flamingos. At times the number of flamingos feeding in the lake may be as high as two million. Raptors such as tawny eagles’ prey on the flamingos. In total, 135 species of bird have been recorded. They include little grebe, pratincole, swift, little bee-eater, cape wigeon, yellow-billed stork, African spoonbill, augur buzzard, gabar goshawk, water dikkop, great tit, starling, hornbill and crombec. Later, go to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Clients get to see the different species of flamingoes and many aquatic birds.
