At eight in the morning, we will come to your hotel and drive you to a remarkable national park! Tarangire National Park is well-known for its varied topography, which includes nine distinct vegetation zones. The park is especially well-known for its profusion of old baobab trees, which are the biggest trees on the continent and cover much of the area, dwarfing the other animals. Famous for its river, the park is home to a wide variety of birds as well as lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and, of course, elephants. The park offers rare opportunities to witness the interactions between elephant families and is home to the greatest number of elephants in the entire nation. There's a great observatory overlooking the river and wildlife in the lunch area, which makes for an interesting picnic spot if you happen to spot a hunt. In the afternoon, we'll go on a game drive before moving on to your accommodations.
