Shira 2 → Lava Tower (4,630 m) → Barranco (3,960 m) – “climb high, sleep low”
Barranco → Karanga (3,995 m) – climb Barranco Wall

Barafu → Uhuru Peak (5,895 m) → Mweka (3,100 m) – summit day
