Safari classics like olive, green, and khaki are ideal choices.
Dress casually for evenings at lodges, even luxury lodges.
Check the temperature before traveling to ensure adequate warm clothing for the season.

Respect Tanzania's conservative culture by avoiding short shorts or low-cut tops.

Trainers and sports sandals are sufficient for most safari activities.
Sandals are also good for walking around the camp at night.
Flip-flops for showers may be preferred.
Sun Protection:
A good pair of sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat are essential for sun protection.
High-protection sunscreen and lip salve are also crucial.
