What to do in 4 days?

Hello all, I will be visiting Ethiopia at the beginning of February for 4.5 days (4 full days and the evening of my arrival) and am wondering if it is enough to explore any part of Ethiopia outside of Addis Ababa? My inital thought was to try and visit Gondar for a couple of days and see if I can trek the Simiean mountains for a day but I've been reading conflicting reports about to safety up in those parts in addition to having a hard time finding a tour that didn't span longer than 2 days. I'm not particularly interested in Lalibela and don't know if its enough time for things like Omo Valley. If nothing else is feasible maybe I will just stay in Addis for 3 days and leave a day early for my next destination and save the other sights of Ethiopia for another trip. If anyone has ideas I would greatly appreciate it!
