Best time to visit Linyanti or Kwando Concession to see wild

Just came back from Sabi Sands and the bar is now set very high. It was an incredible trip! We wanted to visit Botswana next year and see the Wild Dogs and Rhinos with their horns intact. I was told Linyanti or Kwando Concession is great for Wild Dogs and Chief's Island / Okavango Delta for Rhinos. Is there a better time to plan this trip? I am getting conflicting information.
