Kyambura Gorge or Kalinzu Forest for Chimp Trekking?

First of all, Kibale IS NOT an option so no need to tell me about it. I've been given the choice of Kyambura Gorge or Kalinzu Forest for Chimp Trekking but can't decide. Lots of online Pros and Cons for both so: Which would you recommend, and why? My first gorilla trek is the following day (priority), after a very active week, so also not ashamed to say I'm looking for where I might see the most chimps without over-exerting myself. Thanks ~
