Masai Mara and Amboseli in end-May

Hi, I have a week off in end-May and am planning to visit Masai Mara and Amboseli during that time. Since it's rainy season at that time, are incessant rains playing spoilsport something to worry about? What would the road conditions be like? Any inputs from experienced travelers in this group would be very helpful. TIA.
