Yes, you can typically exchange leftover Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) for Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD) at Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA). Many bureaux de change operate there. However, exchange rates at airports often have a wider spread (less favorable rates) and higher fees compared to exchanging in Tanzania or at your hotel. It's best to compare rates and fees directly at KIA if you plan to exchange.
