uganda ebb sim card, and airport bus?

1. Could I get sim card at EBB airport, which telecom you would recommend? 2. i know the EBB is awefully far from Kampala, is there any airport shuttle bus to Kampala and back? is there bolt or uber like app in Uganda? if i have to take a taxi, roughly how much would it be? thank you very much for your information.
