Looking for advice on transportation

Hello everyone!👋 I'm planning a trip to Uganda in November and would love some advice. Here’s the rough plan (questions below :-)): - Arrive in Entebbe and spend one night. - Head to Bunyonyi, visit the Batwa tribe, stay overnight. - Next day go to Bwindi, overnight there, then gorilla trekking the following morning. - Move on to Queen Elizabeth Park - one night, then a boat trip the next day. - Travel to Kibale, with a stop at the Sempaya hot springs for an hour or two. Overnight in Kibale. - Chimp trekking in Kibale (separate permit? Can it be bought on arrival?). - Visit tea plantations the next day, then head straight to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. - Spend a couple of days in Ziwa exploring the sanctuary and the surroundings. - Return to Entebbe for a few days before flying home. My questions: 1. What’s the most convenient way to arrange transportation? Are there coaches from Entebbe to Bunyonyi and between other places? Or other reliable local transport options? 2. Would it make sense to take a coach to Bunyonyi, then hire a driver + car for a few days (e.g., to Ziwa), and go back to Entebbe by coach? Roughly how much would that cost? Is the fuel included? Do we also need to cover accommodation/meals for the driver? 3. Or is it better to just rent a car at Entebbe airport and drive ourselves? Would a regular car be fine, or is a 4WD a must? 4. From what I understand, permits are only available through tour operators now. Is there any real advantage to booking a whole package for parts of the trip, or is it better to just book the permits and arrange hotels ourselves (e.g., via booking.com)? Thanks a lot in advance for your help! 🙏
