Sarova or Sopa?

Travelling to Nakuru in December and tossing up between Sarova Lion Hill or Lake Nakuru Sopa resort. Any advice if you e stayed in either or both. Looking in terms of ammenities, comfort, cleanliness and food as all inclusive. Thank you
